Last night at about 10:00 PM Governor Kate Brown announced that all gatherings of 250 people or more are canceled statewide effective immediately. Unfortunately, we had no prior notification of this announcement and there was no grace period allowed. We will do our very best to accommodate our customers, vendors, sponsors, and all the volunteers who have supported this fundraiser for St. James School. Given the uncertainty of this situation, we will not be rescheduling this event in 2020.
The McMinnville Wine and Food Classic is the main source of general funding for St. James School. If you purchased tickets online, we will process refunds as quickly as we can.
